We Are looking for a senior full-stack developer to be the technical lead of on-site and offshore MERN developers.
As a senior developer and technical leader of the development team, you will work closely with product managers and the VP R&D, to establish the product roadmap – from vision to implementation.
You will be also responsible for the design, development and deployment of our SAAS platform. HO development of features 70% of your time.
Grow, coach, and become a personal & technical mentor for the team members.
Must Have
- 5 years of proven experience as a full-stack developer.
- 3 years of proven experience with MERN stack (Mongo, Express, React, Node.js) – mostly back-end oriented.
- Experience with building complex Microservices architectures and software designs – MUST
- Experience with building designed solutions for loads and messaging (Kafka/Rabbit) – MUST
- Experience with technologies research and technical leadership.
- Proven experience with Docker and K8S.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms, especially AWS.
- Independent, fast learner and excited about learning new technologies.
- A problem solver, with a strong can-do attitude and great interpersonal skills.
- A leader and a team player, with an ‘everything is possible’ approach.
